Swiss International Air Lines (SWISS) will be treating guests from March 5 first and business class culinary delights created in collaboration with Zwyssighaus restaurant in the village of Bowen, Canton of Uri.

Over the next three months, premium travelers on long-haul SWISS flights from Switzerland will be able to enjoy exclusive dishes from Joshua Lusher. He has been the chef de cuisine at this historic gourmet restaurant, the birthplace of Alberich Zwissig, composer of the Swiss national anthem, since 2023.
