Mr. Etienne Petipa has many years of experience in the hotel industry - prior to his appointment as General Manager of Airelles Val d'Isère, Mademoiselle, he led the team of the Parisian Ritz as Director of Accommodation, actively participating in the preparation of the palace for opening. In addition, Etienne Petipa has worked in the world's leading hotels: Palais Namaskar in Marrakech (Oetker Collection), Hotel Bristol (Oetker Collection), Hotel Meurice (Dorchester Collection).
Together with the Mademoiselle Airelles team, Etienne Petipa promises an unforgettable ski season, one of the main events of which will be the opening of a new gastronomic restaurant, Loulou Val d'Isère, a branch of the trendy Parisian restaurant Loulou.
