There is always a lot of excitement here, and the champagne never stops flowing. I wonder what original use was found for it this year. Or rather, not so much the most popular sparkling drink. For this year's Christmas and New Year holidays, the Maldives' tallest floating 9-meter spruce tree was built from more than 2,400 recycled champagne bottles.
It took 18 days to create this unusual structure - the tallest floating tree in the Maldives this year -.
The opening ceremony of this stylish and unusual tree, whose lights so colorfully illuminated the entire lagoon, took place on the evening of December 22, on the eve of Catholic Christmas. Afterward, an incendiary party with a disco and a DJ was organized for all those present. The magical New Year's adventures were off to a great start.
During the following holidays, the island's guests will find a variety of entertainment for every taste: making New Year's cards or kayaking competitions, yoga at sunrise or a romantic Arabian-style night party, as well as many other interesting and fun activities.
The celebration of the New Year 2020 promises to be unforgettable!
