    Olga Dyachenko. Siesta tour operator

She is one of the brightest figures in the travel industry. She is charismatic, creative, and always flowing with ideas and positive emotions. It's hard to find her at home, easier in Alaska or Japan. And yet, I was lucky, just before the magazine came out, we talked to Olga Dyachenko in her office, where, as always, the atmosphere of eternal enthusiasm

Olga: How do you manage to keep this note in the team?

I don't hold anything back. We are just all like-minded people and enthusiasts. We are the kind of people for whom there are only white lists, no black lists. And only bright people are on these white lists, and there is no other way now. The world is so mired in negative emotions that if you give a slack, you will be sucked in. That's why we always have music playing in our offices, and the relaxed atmosphere has been elevated to a cult. We spend most of our lives at work, and only on a positive note can we withstand the tension that tourism workers face every day.

And yet... Olga, I think a lot depends on you. We have known each other for many years. As far as I can remember, you are still the same, in a stream of new projects and travels. Share the secret of how you manage to do everything: write books that are read by thousands of people, run one of the most stable tour operator companies, travel around the world, write blogs and run social pages, and still look your best.
I think this is more of a merit of the venue than mine. It just so happens that my pulse has always been racing (laughs). I had to spend a lot of time and effort to learn how to accumulate my energy. Those who burn too brightly burn out quickly. But thank you for the compliments!

I saw on FB essays about your last trip to the Seychelles. Very beautiful shots, I always read with interest the travel notes of Siestochka, the tour operator, who always goes to the most amazing places. Tell me, is this the country where you will always return to?

Ukraine, of course... But if we're talking about travel, I love America, Italy, France, and I travel to these countries once or three times a year.

    The most memorable tour?
Flying over the Grand Canyon by helicopter. It's an incredible feeling when you feel the power and majesty of nature with every fiber of your being. And when you are allowed to sit at the helm! Wow! You feel like a God!

The best hotels, in your opinion, in the country ...

Maldives, definitely. This is especially true for villas on the water or scourge villas. Huge areas and finishes that are impressive. Moreover, new complexes are constantly being built with the most modern
    Smart home technologies«

What was the «most VIP service» and where...?

Probably in the States, though. Most deluxe hotels have a so-called house car. You can order it for free, within a certain mileage, at the reception for any of your trips. To be honest, it's nice to go shopping in a Bentley, Tesla
or a Cadillac accompanied by a handsome driver ...

Which country has the friendliest and most cheerful people, in your opinion?
I think it's the Caribbean. If we take the direction in general.

The country is a discovery ...

Vietnam and Israel. I fell in love with Vietnam many years ago, and this love has been warming my soul for many years. Believe me! There is not a single person who would return from this country dissatisfied. If there is a nation that knows how to appreciate peace, it is the Vietnamese. They once paid too high a price for it. As for Israel. For many years, strangely enough, my trips there did not work out. No matter where I went, I never got to Israel. And now, last fall, we went as a family. It was amazing! I will definitely come back, and more than once

    Your planned trips?
Now I am going to Japan, and then I have planned a couple of other interesting destinations. In between, I will definitely go with my friends to a couple of places where many tourists don't like to set foot, for fear of «traveling blind».

    What does this mean?
And this means that I find interesting places on the Internet: mystical, wonderful and even strange, and I drag my like-minded people there. The end doesn't always justify the means (laughs), but at least it's better to regret what happened than what didn't.

Are there any other countries on the map that you have not been to?
There are. But there are fewer and fewer of them. But this does not scare me. We will begin to develop the tundra and taiga.

Tell me, when do you work, if it's not a secret?
All 365 days of the year. Nowadays, to be a successful person, you don't have to sit in an office. You just need a phone, the Internet and a computer.
I know that it is very difficult to get into your Author's Tours. How is the selection process going on?.
I don't know where this information came from. I'm always happy to have good company. It's fair that the tours I come up with close in a couple of days. But! I just send out a call to my friends or post information on my FB page, that's all. If I see that a person wants to learn something new openly, like me, welcome to my world «In the style of Siesta».»
