The Wee Hotel Company is enjoying a double celebration after winning the Best Chef and Restaurant of the Year awards at the National Hotels of Scotland 2025.
The chef at The Wee Hotel's Pierhouse Hotel & Seafood Restaurant in Port Appin in Argyll has been named Chef of the Year of Scotland, and The Three Chimneys on the Isle of Skye received the coveted title of Restaurant of the Year.
Michael Little has been the head chef at the Pierhouse Hotel's renowned Scottish seafood restaurant for just over five and a half years, where he leads a nine-person kitchen team.
This is the first time that Michael has been personally recognized for his culinary talent and passion by an independent panel of journalists, industry experts and peers. The Scottish Hotels of the Year Awards are now in their twenty-second year and recognize outstanding success, achievement and distinction in the Scottish hospitality industry.
