NOBU HOSPITALITY OPENS HOTEL, RESTAURANT AND EXCLUSIVE PRIVATE RESIDENCES IN THE MALDIVES

Nobu Hospitality is pleased to announce the opening of Nobu Hotel, Residences and Restaurant Maldives, located in the Laamu Atoll province on the private island of Munyafushi. This landmark project, developed in partnership with Sarat International, is Nobu's first venture into the Maldives.

Sarat International is pleased to announce a successful partnership with Sarat Investments. Under the leadership of Managing Director Ali Ahsan, Sarat International further strengthens its strategic presence in the Maldives with the appointment of Engineer Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Alhudair as Sarat International's General Counsel.

Set amidst turquoise waters and pristine beaches of the Indian Ocean, the resort will feature 26 one- and two-bedroom beachfront villas and 30 one- and two-bedroom overwater villas. Each villa will reflect Nobu's signature style of clean lines, natural textures and a soothing color palette that combines privacy and sophistication.

The uniqueness of this project is defined by an extremely limited offering of only 10 Nobu Island Estate residences, each located on its own private island. This rare collection offers one of the most coveted opportunities in the Maldives - private island ownership enriched with seamless access to Nobu's world-renowned hotel, restaurant and resort amenities.

Each Nobu Island Estate residence will provide the ultimate in Nobu lifestyle: luxurious bedrooms and bathrooms, spacious pavilion-style living and dining areas perfect for entertaining, private beaches with direct ocean access, and even your own private yacht - perfect for exploring the surrounding waters - all surrounded by stunning panoramic views of the Indian Ocean. Owners will enjoy unparalleled privacy while being just steps away - by boat - from the hotel's restaurants, spa, fitness facilities and specialized activities.
