The International MICE Summit (IMS) 2025 will bring together world leaders

The International MICE Summit (IMS25) will return to Riyadh on November 26-27, 2025, bringing together more than 2,000 global leaders to kick-start growth in the meetings, incentives, conventions and exhibitions (MICE) industry. Hosted by the Saudi Convention and Exhibition General Authority (SCEGA), IMS25 will provide attendees with unprecedented access to the world's fastest growing large event venue. In line with Vision 2030's goals of economic diversification and human development, IMS25 showcases how business events drive cross-sectoral innovation and sustainable development. Saudi Arabia is experiencing unprecedented growth in the MICE sector as the Kingdom invests across the ecosystem in preparation for Expo 2030 and the 2034 FIFA World Cup.

Following the overwhelming success of its inaugural edition in 2024, which brought together more than 1700 attendees, 140 speakers and moderators from over 25 countries, IMS25 is set to further strengthen its position as a global driving force under the theme "Public-Private Sector Collaboration: Driving MICE Growth".

"Vision 2030 ushers in an unprecedented era of opportunity for the events industry, creating new experiences, opportunities and destinations as Saudi Arabia welcomes the world," said IMS Host and SCEGA Chairman, His Excellency Fahd Al Rashid. "By bringing together leaders, event investors and decision makers, IMS25 will foster collaboration that will drive connectivity, innovation and growth across the Kingdom and the global MICE industry."

"IMS25 builds on the success of last year's inaugural summit by deepening partnerships and ensuring that the sector can realize the unprecedented opportunities before us by defining new growth models and values. The business events sector alone has grown by SAR 44% over the past five years, underscoring its key role in the Kingdom's economic diversification."

As the fastest growing destination for business events in the G20, Saudi Arabia is creating unprecedented growth opportunities with its gigaprojects, world-class infrastructure investments and bold vision, with around 17,000 events held annually. The kingdom welcomed a record 115.9 million tourists in 2024, with foreign tourist spending up SAR 19% year-on-year and total tourism spending up SAR 11%.

The two-day IMS25 program will feature ministers, private sector CEOs and commercial announcements in a variety of venues, including innovation clusters, a future MICE leaders' platform and a celebratory gala dinner.
