Over the past weekend, The Ritz-Carlton Amman showcased its exceptional hospitality and world-class gastronomy as it hosted a host of distinguished international guests who enjoyed elegance, comfort and unparalleled service. Among them were participants of the Jordan International Food Festival (JIFF), reflecting the hotel's ongoing commitment to raising Jordan's profile on the global stage.
Among the guests were three Michelin-starred chefs: Jacob Jan Burma; famous chef Joe Barza and Ms. Jumana SalameLebanese entrepreneur and co-founder of Hospitality Services. Their visit to Jordan was complemented by The Ritz-Carlton, whose attention to detail at the Amman property is a testament to its commitment to creating an unforgettable guest experience.
Additionally, on August 8, The Ritz-Carlton Amman presented its culinary artistry at JIFF with an exclusive VIP dinner hosted by award-winning chef Sudki Naddaf and Michelin-starred chef Jacob Ian Burma. The menu for the evening, limited to fifty guests, was inspired by European precision with a Jordanian flavor.
Guests enjoyed a carefully crafted culinary journey that combined Chef Burma's internationally recognized techniques with Chef Sudki's mastery of local flavors and ingredients. Guided by a philosophy of contrast, harmony and seasonality, the menu reinterpreted Levantine classics with fine art, from sheshbarak stuffed with wagyu beef and covered with jamid foam to olive oil sorbet. This collaboration marked the first of its kind fine dining experience in Jordan, further cementing the hotel's position as a pioneer in the development of the culinary landscape.
This year also marks the third anniversary of The Ritz-Carlton, Amman. In addition to exceptional hospitality, the hotel prides itself on contributing to the community by engaging local talent from Jordan, ensuring that every guest experiences warmth, authenticity and pride in its residents. With a deep connection to the culture, The Ritz-Carlton, Amman continues to embody the gold standard of luxury where global vision meets local authenticity.
